Personal Training

We take Your Fitness Goals Personally |
|
If you are
serious about achieving your fitness goals, a Personal Trainer is the
best way. |
|
One Session: A
single hour session will provide you with a clear understanding of how
your personal goals can be achieved. It may include; an assessment of
your body composition, nutrition counseling, establishment of your
cardiovascular target zone, and a static stretching routine based on
your individual medical and exercise history. |
|
Personal Training
Packages: Meeting several times with a trainer will take you
beyond the single session objectives. The trainer will work with you and
introduce you to the personalized exercise program that has been
designed for you. The trainer will offer continued motivation and
specialized one-on-one instruction to insure proper form and technique to
maximize your workout to its optimal potential. |
