Aqua Pups (Water Babies) -
Child & Parent: 6 mo - 3 yrs
A fun class specifically designed for children and parents to share a special time together in the pool. Sing, play and splash in a secure, caring environment. Generate a positive attitude water and develop motor skills. Children not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper, regular diapers are not permitted.

Starfish (Little dippers) -
Child & Parent: 15 mo - 3 yrs
Not quite ready to go? Enjoy this class designed for children and parents to build confidence and strength in the water. Sing, play and splash in a secure, caring environment. Generate a positive attitude toward water and exercise while further developing motor skills. 25 minute Gym class followed by swim. Children not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper, regular diapers are not permitted.

Sand Shark
(Toddlers) - 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 yrs
This class is geared to a child’s first experiences in the water without their parent. Positive water awareness will enhance the child’s ability to become more confident in the water. Children will learn basic fundamental swimming skills. ½ hour Gym followed by ½ hour Swim.

Tiger Shark (Water Exploration) -
Child 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 yrs
Children will build their independence and primary abilities in the water. Getting into the water alone, kicking, floating and underwater bobs are just a few tricks we teach them.

Seahorse (Beginner) -
Child 3 ½ - 5yrs
This class takes the basics to the next level. Swimmers take the plunge by jumping in and holding their breath. They will increase strength with more front & back.

Sunfish (Beginner 2) -
Child 4 - 6yrs
Swimmers will be doing more stroke technique with rotary breathing and elementary backstroke. Swimmers should be able to support their bodies by treading water.

Catfish (Advanced Beginner) -
Child 7 - 9yrs
Swimmers should be able to swim lengths of the pool w/o a bubble. They will continue to work on rotary breathing and proper swimming technique on their own.

Dolphins -
8 - 10yrs
Swimmers must be able to swim the length of the pool without a bubble. Swimmers will practice rotary breathing, advanced strokes and endurance building skills.
